Job Description

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST APPLICATION ONLY

At Kane Constructions, Site Management  is central to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Site Managers and their teams oversee daily operations on site, ensuring program milestones, budget, and client expectations are consistently met. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams, site leaders play a vital role in coordinating resources, enforcing WHS and quality compliance, and driving program outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.

  • Manage on-site operations, plant, equipment, and materials.

  • Monitor project programs and prepare short-term schedules.

  • Maintain site diaries, records, and reporting in line with Kane’s BMS.

  • Chair toolbox talks, site meetings, and safety inspections.

  • Resolve on-site issues and manage industrial relations when required.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

  • Mentor and support team members to foster the next generation of site leaders.

Senior Site Managers will additionally oversee larger or multiple projects, provide strategic input into program planning and risk management, and act as the senior site representative in client and consultant negotiations, while driving continuous improvement in site delivery practices.
