Project Engineers at Kane play a key role in ensuring technical quality, buildability, and integration across all aspects of construction delivery. From early design coordination to final commissioning and handover, engineers provide essential support to Project Managers and site teams while building future leadership capability.
In this role, you will:

Manage and coordinate engineering packages including structures, facades, and services.

Support design meetings and resolve technical queries with consultants.

Prepare scopes of work and technical schedules to support procurement.

Lead quality assurance inspections, testing, and commissioning planning.

Provide input into project programming, risk management, and reporting.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on technical matters.

Maintain accurate engineering records in line with Kane’s BMS.

Mentor and support junior engineers and cadets to develop future capability.
Senior Project Engineers will additionally oversee complex technical packages, manage commissioning and handover planning, solve systemic engineering issues, and contribute to tendering, constructability reviews, and business improvements.
